SSBB Complete Dolphin SaveState Request

Anyone have a completed Dolphin save state of Super Smash Bros Brawl (or at the very least, with all characters unlocked)?

Messing around with Dolphin 4.0.2. After finding a complete wii save file (.bin), I imported it using Dolphin's import wii save option, but it doesn't seem to take.

I've tried troubleshooting with no success. I've also tried to find alternative save files, but they are all from many years ago and most links on the web are dead links.

Can any kind redditor give me a hand?

Need help with Project M/Brawl on Dolphin (save file)

Super Smash Bros Brawl Save File All Characters Dolphin

So I got Project M to work on Dolphin, however the problem I have is that I'm unable to create a save file. Whenever I try and save using just Brawl, it gets stuck on the 'creating new save file screen'. When I try to do the same in project M, it says that there isn't enough Wii System Blocks left to create a save file. I also tried uploading a save file using dolphin but that didn't do anything. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
